Material introduction

TThis material is a thermoplastic composite made under complex processes by adding a certain content of polyether ether ketone resin (PEEK) into carbon fiber.

Material characteristics

· Excellent chemical resistance. It can reduce performance degradation related to the medium and extend the average interval time between breakdowns.
· Excellent anti-abrasion and anti-occlusal. It does not harm the dual surface and can reduce the replacement cost.
· Excellent impact resistance, easy to machine and install.
· Low friction coefficient. And it allows short-term dry friction.
· Very low linear thermal expansion coefficient and water expansion coefficient, excellent dimensional stability.
· Excellent high temperature resistance, and has good hydrolysis resistance and thermal shock resistance.
