This material is graded as ZX-20, which is a high strength composite material made of high strength cotton fabric as reinforced material and thermosetting phnolic resin as substrate, and solid self-lubricant added in and is formed under certain temperature and pressure.
Material features
Self lubricant is added to reduce friction coefficient, it can work in less oil or no oil conditions to meet the differentiated needs of customers. It has high mechanical strength,outstanding high temperature endurance, and it can withstand semi-static strong vibration and light rotation load.
