This material is graded as ZX-60, which is a high strength composite material made of high strength polymer fiber as reinforced material and thermosetting phnolic resin as substrate, and solid micro-powder of PTFE as lubricant and is formed by advanced technology under certain temperature and pressure.
Material features
It has excellent wear resistance and impact resistance, good chemical corrosion resistance, both hardness and toughness, almost no water absorption growth, self-lubrication, low friction coefficient, high load.
