Material introduction

This material is graded as ZX-80, which is a high strength composite material made of high temperature endurance polymer fiber as reinforced material and high temperature endurance modified phenolic resin as substrate, and solid micro-powder MOS2 added as lubricant and is formed by advanced technology under certain temperature and pressure.

Material features

Compared with other phenolic cloth (cotton fiber, polyester fiber, etc.) products, it has more excellent compressive properties, higher tensile properties, higher wear resistance, higher wear resistance, higher load capacity. It is antiflaming and high temperature endurance, suitable for  various working conditions under complex working environment. (Suitable for cylinders of medium and large excavators)
