This material is graded as ZX-70, which is a high strength composite material made of high strength synthetic fiber as reinforced material and enhanced polyester modified resin as substrate, and solid micro-powder as lubricant and is formed by advanced technology under certain temperature and pressure.
Material features
Excellent dimensional stability and excellent wear resistance, high load capacity and good self-lubricating. It has outstanding advantages of working in little or no oil conditions.
And it has very low friction coefficient and can effectively reduce shaking crawling, and it's suitable for long stroke cylinder.
