This material is graded as ZX-50, which is a high strength composite material made of high strength polymer fiber as reinforced material and thermosetting phnolic resin as substrate, and self-lubricant PTFE added in and is formed by advanced technology under certain temperature and pressure.
Material features
It has high mechanical strength, both hardness and flexibility, excellent wear resistance and impact resistance, self-lubrication, high load, almost no increase in water absorption. It can work in the state of less oil or no oil, and is suitable for complex working conditions.
